With over a decade of experience in the health and fitness field, Daniel is a dedicated professional. Originally from South Florida, he made the move to the Charlotte area in 2019, where he established Apogee Physiotherapy.

Daniel holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, with academic backgrounds from both the University of Miami, where he earned his bachelor’s degree with a focus on Exercise Science and Biomechanics, and the University of Florida, where he obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

“Structural Reconditioning” is Daniel’s innovative approach to body treatment. This unique philosophy incorporates the concept of regional interdependence, focusing on specific anatomical function, pain, and performance. It provides a precise, science-based method for identifying the underlying causes and mechanisms of pain and dysfunction. This approach serves as a clear path toward the restoration of physical health and the achievement of peak performance.

Throughout his career, Daniel has had the privilege of working with numerous college and professional athletes, including those from the NFL, NBA, MLB, and MMA. Josh contributes over 14 years of experience to the Apogee team, and his primary focus is helping others attain pain-free movement and enhanced mobility. Over the course of his career, he has received extensive training from various experts, including physical therapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, and other influential figures in the fields of movement and bodywork. Additionally, Josh has generously shared his knowledge as a professor at the NC School of Advanced Bodywork, imparting his wealth of experience to the next generation of therapists.

Although Josh’s expertise encompasses working with a diverse range of athletes, such as those in the PGA, NFL, NBA, and Olympic swimmers, he finds great satisfaction in working with the general population, enhancing their overall movement and quality of life. Josh specializes in delivering therapy aimed at treating injuries, addressing issues related to poor biomechanics, and alleviating pain.
